Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the President's Office, will lead the Ukrainian delegation in trilateral negotiations between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia, scheduled for November 10 and 11 in Abu Dhabi. Budanov announced this in an interview with CBS News.

He led the Ukrainian delegation during the initial discussions in February. Budanov noted that he does not expect significant progress as a result of future negotiations. However, he believes that the very fact that the delegations have agreed to meet face-to-face is a sign of some progress.

"These negotiations are not the last, and they are not final. We will only discuss the possibility of ending the ongoing war. What will be achieved? I will refrain from answering. We will see in a few days," the head of the President's Office stated.

The special representative of the U.S. President, Steve Wertko, confirmed that trilateral negotiations would take place at the working level in the UAE. The main negotiator from Russia will remain Vladimir Medinsky, Deputy President of the Russian Federation. U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the parties were ready to reach a peace agreement. At the same time, U.S. Vice President, James D. Bynx, emphasized that Kyiv and Moscow still have significant disagreements regarding the details of the agreement. In particular, the Russian authorities are demanding the complete withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Donbas, which was rejected by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. However, he agreed to fix the current line of contact.
