Prime Minister Announces Changes to Employee Reservation System
The Ministry of Defense is proposing a level of 95%, instead of the maximum 100%, specifically for the energy and defense industries. The new mechanism is planned to be approved by December 1.
The government is changing the rules for employee reservation, according to the Prime Minister.
The maximum percentage of reserved employees, particularly in the energy and defense industries, will no longer be 100%. The Ministry of Defense refers to a level of 95%. The ministry is also increasing accountability for avoiding military service.
At the same time, the company will be able to reserve all employees, provided that they regularly involve a portion of them in military service on a voluntary basis.
The approval of the new reservation mechanism is planned for December 1.
